  • NT24 - Nurse Triage

Coventry’s Nurse Triage program assists employers and their injured workers by guiding them through the decision-making process at the onset of an injury. We provide toll-free access to speak directly to a Registered Nurse 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our nurses gather information to assess the injured worker’s condition and recommend an appropriate course of action which could include self-care or channeling the individual to a network provider.
